THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLR SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY I.T.T.A.NO.286 OF 2015 JUDGMENT: {Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} Sri J.V.Prasad, learned Senior Standing Counsel for the Income Tax Department, would fairly submit that on a similar question of law, the appeal preferred by the Revenue was dismissed by the Division Bench by its order in ITTA.No.108 of 2015 dated 30.07.2015.

In view of the submission of the learned Standing Counsel, this appeal is also dismissed following the order passed in ITTA.No.108 of 2015 dated 30.07.2015. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
