The case of the petitioner is that his father was the absolute owner and possessor of agricultural land to an extent of Ac.03-82 cents in Sy.No.225 of Mungagalapadu Village, Kurnool Mandal and District having purchased the same from its owner through a registered sale deed bearing document No.2694/1981 apart from other properties. After death of his father, the petitioner and his brother succeeded the same by succession. The petitioner made application through "Mee Seva" on 23-07-2016 in Form-VI (A) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 (for short "the Act") for issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deed and to mutate his name in respect of above land. As no orders are passed, the present writ petition is filed.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
Since it is stated that the application filed by the petitioner is in Form VI-A of the Act is pending, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application, dated 23-07-2016 filed by the petitioner in Form VI-A, in accordance with law, and take action accordingly within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt a copy of this order.
