THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.9861 of 2018 ORDER:

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the question, which falls for consideration in this Petition, is squarely covered by the Order of this Court in Crl.P.No.9493 of 2018 dt. 06.09.2018. Following the aforesaid order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Criminal Petition is allowed on the same lines to that of Crl.P.No.9493 of 2018 dt. 06.09.2018.

With the above direction, this Criminal Petition is allowed setting aside the Order dt. 14.06.2018 in Crl.R.P.No.10 of 2018 passed by III Additional District & Sessions Judge, Asifabad. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate application before the competent Court. The Registry is directed to append the copy of Crl.P.No.9493 of 2018 dt. 06.09.2018 to this petition.

The miscellaneous petition, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
