THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.842 of 2010 ORDER:

This revision is directed against the judgment dated 04.11.2009 passed in C.M.A.No.4 of 2009 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Bodhan, whereby, the learned Senior Civil Judge set aside the order dated 15.07.2009 passed in I.A.No.71 of 2009 in O.S.No.13 of 2009 on the file of the Court of the Junior Civil Judge, Banswada.

At the hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the suit itself was disposed of, on 21.10.2013 and that therefore, no cause survives for adjudication on merits in the revision.

Recording the submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
