This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner complaining against the inaction of respondents 1 to 4 in taking action against respondents 5 and 6, who are said to be carrying out illegal and unauthorized constructions over the property bearing Municipal H.No.23-3-584, NR Masjid-eKhatija Begum, Sultan Shahi, Hyderabad, despite complaints dated 18.08.2017, 23.08.2017 and 24.08.2017 of the petitioner. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if a direction is given to respondents 1 to 4 to consider and dispose of afore-stated complaints, the grievance of the petitioner would be redressed. 3.
Learned Standing Counsel for second respondent endorses the said submission.

Having regard to the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondents 1 to 4 to consider and dispose of complaints, dated 18.08.2017, 23.08.2017 and 24.08.2017 of the petitioner, strictly in accordance with the procedure established by law, and pass appropriate orders within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner within a week thereafter.
