This revision petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India questioning the order dated 26.07.2012 in I.A.No.464 of 2012 in O.S.No.68 of 2012 on the file of the Court of Special Judge for Trial of Cases under SCs and STs (POA) Act cum VIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, West Godavari at Eluru. When the matter is coming up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the suit was dismissed for default on 28.06.2016. To that effect, he filed the copy of the judgment. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, no purpose will be served by keeping the matter pending. Hence, the present Civil Revision Petition is closed.
