THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.42393 of 2015 ORDER :
The petitioner's grievance in this Writ Petition is that petitioner has filed a complaint on 02.12.2015 alleging that respondent nos.5 to 7 have dug a bore-well very close to the bore-well of petitioner, and that the 4th respondent who had received the said representation on 02.12.2015 has done nothing in that regard.
2. The learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana), appearing for respondent nos.1 to 4, states that 4th respondent will take action on petitioner's representation after issuing notices to respondent nos.5 to 7 within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to pass orders on petitioner's representation dt.02.12.2015 after issuing notices to respondent nos.5 to 7 within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. No order as to costs.
4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
