This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Crl.R.P.No.164 of 2016 on the file of the XVI Additional District and Sessions Judge's Court-cum-XVI Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge's Court-cum-III Additional Family Judge's Court, Ranga Reddy District at Malkajgiri. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the petition has become infructuous. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
