There was no representation for the petitioners on 30.10.2018. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed, 'for dismissal'. In spite of posting the matter under the caption, "for dismissal", there is no representation for the petitioner today also.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for default. Interim stay granted by this court on 17.08.2012 in Crl.P.M.P.No.5979 of 2012 shall stand vacated. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
