Sri J.Pradeep Kiran, learned counsel for the petitioner, filed a letter, dated 21.08.2016, before the Registry stating that he was instructed by his client to withdraw this revision petition as the matter has been settled out of Court. A request was also made to post the matter under the caption, 'for withdrawal'.

Hence, the matter came up today under the caption, "For Withdrawal'.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. He seeks permission to withdraw the revision.

Permission, as sought for, is accorded.
