Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana).

With the consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.2 in not conducting survey and fixing the boundaries for the land of the petitioners admeasuring Ac.1.10 guntas in Survey Nos.195 and 205 of Kompalli village, Gandimysamma Dundigal Mandal, Medchal Malkajgiri District, pursuant to F.Challan No.TTDERO021700182279, dated 11.07.2017, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Government Pleader would submit that the petitioners are seeking for part survey, which according to him, may not be possible.

Be that as it may, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar to deal with the application dated 11.07.2017, made by the petitioners, if they are otherwise entitled, basing on the circulars, which are being issued by the Government from time to time, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of eight to ten weeks from
the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioners and other affected parties and shall communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners.
