This Criminal petition is filed seeking stay of all further proceedings against the petitioner/ accused in Crirne No .472 ot 2Ol4 on the file of Amberpet police station, Hyderabad. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the subject crime of quashing has been investigated by the respondent-police and charge sheet under section l'73 of Cr.P.C., has been filed in Cr.No.472 of 2Ol4 on the hle of Amberpet Police Station, Hyderabad and the matter has become infructuous. Hence, the cause in this matter does not survive and no further orders are required to be passed in this case. Therefore, seeks to dismiss the criminal petition as infructuous. 3.

Mr. Vizarath Ali, learned Assistant Publi<: Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State 1S present and takes no objection to the same.
