ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"...to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of certiorari calling for records pertaining to RC.No.5060/2011/M12, dated 24.09.2011 in Appeal Petition in O.R..No.111/OR/2011-12) from he 1st respondent and set aside the order of confiscation as illegal, arbitrary, ultravries and violative of principles of natural justice and Article- 300A of the Constitution of India."

At the hearing, Ms D.Pramada, the learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to the dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 18.10.2011, is vacated and

W.P.M.P.Nos.34160 and 36119 of 2011 are dismissed as infructuous.
