THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.32572 of 2017 ORDER:

It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner so also the learned Government Pleader that in identical set of circumstances, this Court disposed of W.P.No.25806 of 2017 by way of an order, dated 07.09.2017, and a copy of the said order is filed along with the writ petition as material paper.

Following the said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also disposed of, keeping it open for the petitioner to make an appropriate application before the 2nd and 3rd respondents for release of his vehicle, and if any such application is filed, the same be considered and appropriate orders be passed in accordance with law, as quickly as possible. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
