HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9530 of 2013 ORDER :

When the matter came up for hearing, it is represented by the learned public prosecutor represents that the investigating officer already filed charge sheet and the learned Magistrate taken cognizance and the matter become infructuous as no cause survives.

2) In the result, the petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition impugning the charge sheet proceedings with part II case diary and other material, if any. The petitioners shall not be arrested for a period of one month from today so as to take steps in the meantime.

3) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
