The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the contempt case does not survive for adjudication and that, therefore, the contempt case has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this contempt case shall stand closed.
