This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, by the petitioners/ A.2 and A.3 seeking to quash the proceedings in F.I.R.No.796 of 2013 on the file of Panjagutta Police Station, Hyderabad. 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 01.10.2018, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in the subject crime, investigation is completed and the charge sheet is filed before the V Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Nampally and S.C.No.215 of 2016 was assigned.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
