HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.7205 OF 2013 ORDER:

Heard Mr.G.Simhadri for petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 5 and Mr.M.Ram Mohan for respondents 6 to 24.

The Assistant Government Pleader by referring to written instructions dated 21.03.2013 submits that the writ prayer is a mere apprehension and that the petitioners were never detained in the police station as alleged. The Assistant Government Pleader makes a categorical statement that the 3rd respondent except receiving the complaint from 11th respondent in the writ petition has never interfered with the civil dispute of the petitioners at any point of time.

Mr.Simhadri submits that the statement of 3rd respondent can be placed on record, acc epted and writ petition disposed of accordingly.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by recording the statement of 3rd respondent. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, stand closed.
