ORDER:

The case of the petitioners is that the 1st petitioner claims to have purchased an extent of Ac.7.55 cents of land in Sy.Nos.477/A2 and 477/B of Rudravaram Village Kurnool Mandal vide registered document dated 28.04.2005 and the 2nd petitioner purchased a total extent of Ac.10.26 cents in different survey numbers through a gift settlement deed dated 8.07.2005. When the said documents were presented before the 4th respondent-Sub-Registrar for registration, through order

dated 24.02.2015 the 4th respondent refused to register the same stating that the said lands are prohibited for registration as the said lands are assigned lands as per the letter dated 17.01.2012 of the 2nd respondent. The petitioners made a representation dated 02.03.2015 to the 2nd respondent to delete their lands from the prohibitory list as their title is traceable to Record of Holdings and other crucial documents. As no orders are passed so far on the said representation, the petitioners filed the present writ petition.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (A.P) for respondents.

Considering the short relief sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 02.03.2015 filed by the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _____________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J.
