THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 2002 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioners over the land admeasuring Acs.29.00 in Survey Nos.103/17, 103/18 and 103/19 of Bandlaguda Khalsa, Bandlaguda Mandal, Hyderabad.

It appears that as per the instructions received by the learned Government Pleader for Home, there are proceedings initiated under Section 145 Cr.P.C. by the Police and a report was filed before the Special Executive Magistrate in Crime No.3 of 2017 and thereafter, the learned Special Executive Magistrate passed an order directing maintenance of peace and tranquility in the area. In view of pendency of proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C., it is open to the petitioners to take appropriate legal proceedings in accordance with law.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.
