THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.23200 of 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking appointment of the petitioner, who is working as a Home Guard, as Police Constable pursuant to the order passed by the second respondent on 05.02.2003. Since the matter pertains to the claim of the petitioner for appointment as a Police Constable, the petitioner should approach the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal and not this Court. This Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
