These petitions are filed seeking for quash of the proceedings against the petitioners in Crime Nos.540 & 556 of 2011 on the file of the Station House Officer, Madhapur Police Station, Cyberabad. The offences alleged are under Sections 120(b), 419, 420, 406 and 471 IPC.

Heard the counsel for the petitioners and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the 2nd respondent. None appears for the 1st respondent in spite of notice. .

The counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter has been compromised between the parties and that no further orders are required.

The Public Prosecutor also, on instructions, reports the same.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petitions are closed. Interim stay granted by this court on 11.10.2011 in Crl.P.M.P.Nos.10479 and 10481 of 2011 respectively, shall stand closed.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
