THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.8856 of 2014 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3. 2.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- ".....to issue an order or orders more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondent 4 herein in not registering complaints dated 15.03.2013& 21.03.2013 and the action of the Respondent No.3 in not conducting the investigation effectively and fairly in Crime No.314/2013 of P.S. Bhodhan, Nizamabad District for the offences punishable Under Section 468, 471 & 120B IPC as illegal, discrimination, arbitrary and violation of victim protecting laws and also violation of Art.21 of Constitution of India. Consequently it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent No.4 to register my complaints dated 15.03.2013 & 21.03.2013 and to direct the Respondent No.3 to investigate the Crime No.314/2013 of P.S. Bhodhan, Nizamabad District for the offences punishable Under Section 468, 471 & 120B IPC effectively and fairly and pass ..."

Learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a case in Crime no.314 of 2013 is registered. After completion of investigation, charge sheet was also filed before the concerned Court. After taking cognizance of the offences, the case was numbered as C.C.No.164 of 2016, which is pending trial.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition. 5.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
