O R D E R
Aggrieved by the action of the 4th respondent - Sub Registrar, Pamidi, Anantapuram District, in refusing to receive the document presented by the petitioner for registration and in insisting 'No Objection Certificate', the present writ petition has been filed.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in similar facts and circumstances, where the Sub Registrar insisted for 'No Objection Certificate' in relation to subject lands therein for registration, this court in W.P.No.18011/2016 dated 10.6.2016 disposed of the writ petition with the following direction:
"In view of the above, it is open for the petitioner to present the document before the 4th respondent for registration within a period of four weeks from today and on such submission, the 4th respondent is directed to receive the same, if the same is in order as per provisions of Indian Stamp and Registration Act and the Rules made thereunder and if he wants to refuse to register the same, he shall record reasons and communicate the same to the parties."
The learned Assistant Government Pleader seeks to dispose of the writ petition with the same direction.
In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the above order dated 10.6.2016 in W.P.No.18011/2016. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed. AVS ---------------------------------- 22-08-2016
