Heard the revision before admission and before notice to respondent Nos.2 and 3, and the same is disposed of by confirming the order of the lower Court attaching the salary rooting through his Bank account with Telangana Grameena Bank, Sulthanabad Branch, bearing Account No.79026237333 instead of entire salary to attach 60% of the salary till the recovery of dues. It is needless to say if he pays the amount in the meantime by otherwise, the attachment ceases. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
