THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.22 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non implementation of the order, dated 10.7.2015, in W.P.No.12852 of 2015 of this Court.

2. The operative portion of the order of this Court reads as follows:

"In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to conduct detailed enquiry, if he so chooses, pursuant to the preliminary enquiry report submitted by the third respondent on 12.06.2015 and complete the same, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the second respondent feels that no enquiry is needed, the amounts due to the petitioner and others shall be disbursed in accordance with law. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs."

3. Now, a counter-affidavit is filed by the respondent stating that pursuant to the order, dated 10.7.2015, of this Court, an enquiry was conducted and a direction was issued on 02.11.2015 to the Managing Committee of the Society and thereafter, the Managing Committee submitted report on 21.12.2015 reporting compliance of the directions issued by the District Co-operative Officer including the disbursement/adjustment of the amount of crop insurance and

debt relief to the members of the society.

4. In view of the same, this Court feels that there is no ground to pursue further and the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
