Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. This Court by Order dt. 19.06.2017 passed interim order not to disposes the petitioners over the subject land while granting liberty to the competent authority from taking action by following due process of law.

During hearing, learned Government Pleader for R.2 basing on Counter affidavit represented that the respondent has not interfered with the possession of the petitioner. Though reply affidavit on behalf of the petitioner is filed, the learned counsel for the petitioners says that the respondent is not interfering with his possession and hence, the Contempt Case can be closed.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Contempt Case is closed.

The miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand closed.
