HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.777 of 2015 ORDER:

Pursuant to the order dated 06.04.2017 passed by this Court, compliance is made by deposit of the amount of Rs.23,000/- i.e., 10% of the Ex.P1-cheque amount of Rs.2,30,000/-, as compounding fee to the Chief Justice Relief Fund and proof filed and from the complainant and the accused present, permission is accorded to compound the offence by allowing the application.

Having regard to the above, the Criminal Revision Case is allowed and the conviction judgments of the Courts below are set aside and the accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
