ORDER

This writ petition is instituted praying to grant declaration that the action of respondents in not considering the case of the petitioners for the post of Part Time Lecturers as illegal and sought for consequential direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners for appointment as Part Time Lecturers (SelfFinance Course).

2. By order, dated 14.02.2011 made in W.P.M.P.No.4091 of 2011, second respondent was directed to consider and dispose of the representations dated 11.04.2008 and 09.02.2011 made by the petitioners.

3. When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Standing Counsel representing Kakathiya University submit that the petitioners are continuing as on to day on part time basis.

4. In view of the same, no cause survives in the writ petition and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
