Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the memorandum of grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to grant an anticipatory bail in the event of Petitioner/accused being arrested by the SHO, Hindupur - ll Town Police Station, Anantapur, in connection with Cr.No. 63 of 2018. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed herein and the order of the High Court dated. 1 1-09-2018 made in Crl.P.No. 9510 of 201 8 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Sai Sanjay Suraneni, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Spl. Asst. Public Prosecutor (AP) for the Respondent, the Court made the following ORDER:

" This application is filed seeking for relaxation of conditions imposed in Crl.P.No.9510 of 2018, dated 'l 1 ,09.2018.

Heard both sides. Perused the record.

The conditions proposed to be relaxed are imposed recently, i.e., one month back. ln view of the gravity and nature of the allegations made against the accused, there are no merits to allow the application at this stage. Hence, the application is dismissed."
