HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 32192 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2) The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not issuing the updated title book cum pattadar passbook, and not paying the Raithu Bandhu Scheme amount of Rs.4,000/- per acre to the agricultural lands of the petitioners admeasuring Acs.2.14 guntas in Survey No.360/2 and Acs.2.20 1⁄2 guntas in Survey No.360/3 of petitioner No.1 and Acs.1.20 1⁄2 guntas in Survey No.360/B of petitioner No.2, situated at Manthani Village shivar, Manthani Mandal of Peddapalli District (erstwhile Karimnagar District), as illegal and arbitrary. 3) Though various grounds are raised, Sri K.Venumadhav, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the application made by the petitioners on 13.07.2018, seeking issuance of pattadar pass book and also the benefits to be given under Rythu Bandhu Scheme, in respect of the lands referred to above.

4) Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, if the application made is still pending consdieration, the authorities shall deal with the same, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of eight to twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, after hearing all the concerned.
