When the matter is called on 06.10.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner either in the morning session or in the afternoon session. As such, the matter was directed to be listed today i.e. on 13.10.2017 under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Today also, in spite of the matter being listed under the said caption, there is no representation for the petitioner either in the morning session or in the afternoon session. It appears, the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the revision further.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
