This petition is filed under Section 115 C.P.C. challenging the order, dated 22.02.2016 passed in E.P.No.166 of 2013 in O.S.No.26 of 2003 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Gudivada.

Learned counsel for the respondent present. No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 24.09.2018. Today also, no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems, the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
