The petitioner made application in Form VI-A of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 (for short " the Act") for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed in respect of lands owned by the petitioner to an extent of Ac.05-02 cents and Ac.4-82 cents in Sy.Nos 770/2 and 770/3 of Papinenipalli Revenue Village of Aradhaveedu Mandal in Prakasam District and the same is not disposed of. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that the application filed by the petitioner is in Form VI-A of the Act and the same is pending before the 3rd respondent, it is for the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the same. Accordingly, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner in Form VI-A, dated 19-11-2015, in accordance with law, and take action accordingly within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
