Smt.Kanaka Ratnamala And 1 Other v. The Union Of India And 4 Others
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Writ Petition No.12780 of 2011 ORDER:
As there was no representation for the writ petitioners on 13.11.2015 the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Sri B. Narayana Reddy, the Assistant Solicitor General, representing the 1st respondent is present.
The learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent would submit that the relief claimed in the writ petition has become infructuous and that the writ petition is also liable for dismissal for non-impleadment of the National Level Screening Committee, which is a necessary and property party. Be that as it may.
Despite listing the matter under the caption 'For Dismissal', there is no representation for the petitioners. It indicates that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the writ petition.
Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in the writ petition shall stand closed.
