HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No.11718 OF 2013 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: "....to direct the official respondents to stop the Respondent No.8 from conducting quarrying operations of extracting sand in covered by in R.S.No.1/1, 1/2 and 2 of Prakkilanka Village of Tallapudi Mandal, West Godavari District and beyond the boundary fixed separating West Godavari and East Godavari Districts, as per panchanama dated 16-03-2013, pending disposal of the above Writ Petition in the interest of justice and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 2.

When the matter came up for hearing, the Government Pleader for Mines and Geology submits that in view of new sand policy of 2016, the matter has become infructuous and that no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition. 3.

The Counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the same. However, both the petitioner and Unofficial Respondent can work out their remedies in accordance with law.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 5.
