CVNR,J & GSP, J Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of habeas corpus, directing the respondents to produce the petitioner's husband, namely C.Nagabhushanam (for short 'the alleged detenu') and to set him at liberty.

At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader representing the learned Additional Advocate General for the State of Telangana, on instructions submitted that the alleged detenu was arrested in connection with C.C.Nos.4731 and 4732 of 2017 on 04.09.2018 and produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate in Agra, who subsequently released him on bail.

In the light of the above events which are not contraverted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
