HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 14391 of 2017 ORDER:

The Writ Petition is filed complaining inaction of respondent No.2, in considering the application of the petitioner dated 19.09.2016 for grant of quarry lease, as being illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Government Pleader for Mines and Geology places on record the proceedings dated 18.01.2017, of respondent No.2, rejecting the application of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that the petitioner has not received copy of the proceedings dated 18.01.2017 and, it is for that reason, Writ Petition has been filed.

Learned Government Pleader for Mines and Geology handed over a copy of the proceedings dated 18.01.2017 to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

The application of the petitioner has since been rejected by proceedings 18.01.2017, they are given liberty to avail remedies as are available to them in law. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
