In view of the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit, W.P.M.P.No.49256 of 2015 is allowed, setting aside the order of dismissal for non-prosecution in W.P.No.5543 of 2011, dated 11.06.2015 and consequently, Writ Petition stands restored to file.

Ms.Trupthi Agarwal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Sri U.Shanthi Bhushan Rao, learned counsel on record, seeks permission of this Court to with draw the Writ Petition.

Permission is accorded.
