This writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus directing the respondents 2 to 4 to pay death and monetary benefits to the petitioner payable to her deceased son to the extent of petitioner's entitlement.

It is the case of the petitioner that she made a representation by way of legal notice dated 09.08.2017 to the respondents 3 and 4 for payment of death and monetary benefits of her deceased son.

Heard Sri G.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for 1st respondent.

Since the representation of the petitioner dated 09.08.2017 is pending before the respondents 3 and 4, they are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of.
