Mother of petitioner while working as contract labour in O&M Stores Sub Division, died on 20.02.2015. Soon thereafter, petitioner submitted application to provide employment on same terms. Petitioner submitted further representation on 21.01.2017. Alleging inaction on his claim, this writ petition is filed. 3.

As the representation of petitioner is yet to be acted upon, this writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits directing 3rd respondent-Director (HR), of TSGENCO, to examine the claim of petitioner, take a decision and communicate the decision to petitioner by a reasoned order. A decision as directed above shall be taken and communicated within two (2) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
