HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 32004 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Revenue (TG). With the consent of both the parties, the main writ petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not handing over the New Rythu Pass Books and financial assistance cheque for Rs.48,000/ - in respect of land to an extent of Ac.12.00 in Sy.No.88/ A of Dongaon (V), Jukkal (M), Kamareddy District, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice.

3) Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the third respondent to consider his representation dated 20.08.2018.

4) The Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if the said application is still pending consideration, the authorities may be directed to consider the said representation in accordance with law.

5) Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ

petition is disposed of, directing the third respondent to dispose of the representation dated 20.08.2018, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight to twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the order, if the same is made and still pending consideration. No order as to costs. 6) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
