Sri K.Srinivasa Rao holding for Sri A.Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Corporation, on instructions, submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for the respondent Corporation in compliance with the interim direction dated 31-12-2009 have already disbursed the amount payable to petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for petitioner requests the court to place the said statement on record and close the writ petition. By placing the statement of respondents on record, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
