I.A.No.1 of 2026 folder subject to correction This application is filed to replace the arrayal of s if any the petitioners as "Accused Nos.2 and 3" in place of "Accused Nos.2 and 4" in the order passed in Crl.P.No.14437 of 2025, dated 07.11.2025.

The present petition is filed by accused Nos.2 and 3. However, in the order, they are incorrectly reflected as accused Nos.2 and 4. The cause title clearly indicates that the petitioners are accused Nos. 2 and 3 in C.C. No.2311 of 2024. Hence, the error in the order requires rectification to bring it in consonance with the record.

Accordingly, the I.A. is ordered, as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments.
