This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd and 3rd respondents in not registering FIR, despite receipt of the complaint from the petitioner on 07.06.2018. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner a case in Crime No.848/2018, dated 05.09.2018, was registered under Section 420 IPC. Recording the aforesaid written instructions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
