HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.32132 of 2018 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana).

With the consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not mutating the name of the petitioner in place of deceased father and issue pass book along with Rythu Bandhu cheque, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the application, seeking mutation of the name of the petitioner, came to be made in the month of January, 2018, till date, no orders are passed.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the respondent-authorities shall deal with the application, in accordance with law, at the earliest.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to deal with the application dated 18.01.2018, seeking mutation of the name of

the petitioner in the revenue records and issuance of pattadar pass book along with Rythu Bandu Cheque, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, after hearing all the concerned.
