Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition alleging inaction on the part of 2nd respondent in considering petitioner's application dt.27.02.2017 seeking compassionate appointment on the ground that his father died in 1972 while employed as Lecturer in Commerce in N.B.K.R. Science and Arts College of Nellore District.

Counsel for petitioner states that 2nd respondent has not disposed of the petitioner's representation till date. 3.

The Government Pleader for Education appearing for respondents states that respondent 2 and 3 will consider the said representation and communicate their decision, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondents 2 and 3 to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dt.27.02.2017 and communicate their decision within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
