THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 6286 OF 2017 O R D E R :

The case of the petitioner is that he applied for grant of quarry lease over an extent of 4.00 hectares in Survey Nos. 261 and 1062 of Krishnapuram Village, V. Kota Mandal, Chittoor District, for extracting colour granite. Since the respondents have not processed the said Application, he approached this Court by way of Writ Petition No. 20113 of 2015, which came to be disposed on 03.07.2015, directing the respondents therein to process the Application of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Pursuant thereto, the 5th respondent Tahsildar vide proceedings dated 30.12.

2015 issued 'No Objection Certificate' enabling the 3rd respondent Assistant Director of Mines & Geology to process the Application, but however, no action has been taken thereon thereafter. Hence, this Writ Petition. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader for Mines & Geology (Andhra Pradesh). A perusal of the material available on record shows that for the very same relief claimed in this Writ Petition, the petitioner has already filed Writ Petition No. 20113 of 2015, wherein this Court directed the respondents therein to process his Application for grant of quarry lease and pass appropriate orders thereon. Hence, it is for the petitioner to follow it up with the authorities concerned.

Court by way of another Writ Petition. In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief prayed for in this Writ Petition and it is accordingly dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
