Sri Gogineni Vijaya Babu, learned counsel for the appellant, filed a letter dated 09.09.2016 seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal.

In view of the request made by the counsel for the petitioner, the appellant is permitted to withdraw the appeal. Accordingly, the second appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
