HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 9523 of 2018 ORDER :

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition, with a liberty to file appeal under D.V.C.Act. Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to avail the remedies available under law. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
